The first Subject Area Team (SAT), which was set up through the University on the Shop Floor initiative has completed their project successfully and were presented with an engraved pen as a thank you from the company by their sponsor, Ray Casey. The team looked at ways of making the Kanban process more effective and their work has led to significant time savings.
