- When you shop on this website we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you, such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, billing address and credit or debit card information. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders.
- We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.
- If you consent, we may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to our website, new services and special offers you may find valuable. If you wish to stop receiving this information, you may opt out by emailing customerservices@portmeirion.co.uk or calling +44 (0)1782 743456 between 9am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that all calls made from UK landlines will be charged at your standard landline rate. Mobile phone and international calls may vary.
- Limited information, such as names and addresses, is collected from members of the Portmeirion Potteries Collectors Club and those who have elected to receive Portmeirion news and offers.

Your personal information may be disclosed to other businesses within Portmeirion Group PLC and its subsidiaries - the 'Portmeirion Group' and to reputable third parties who will help process your order or to provide the service you have asked for.
